She operates in the areas of Commercial, Regulatory and Financial Law. She is a graduate of the Universidade Cândido Mendes, a graduate of the law of commercial companies and of the law of open societies and of the capital market by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa of Lisboa. She began her career at Itaú Unibanco S/A, worked in law firms in Rio de Janeiro in the areas of Corporate Law and Contract Law, integrated the Corporate Governance team with a focus on advising the Advisory Committees and the Board of Directors in Vale S/A. In Lisbon, she served in the area of International Corporate Law at Teixeira de Freitas, Rodrigues & Associados.
