Fabio has extensive experience in taxation and property planning in Brazil and abroad, being the partner responsible for the offshore office area. Bachelor’s degree in Law from the PUC São Paulo (1998), with LLM in International Tax Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands, and in Corporate Law from Columbia University of New York (2011), USA. He began his career at Coopers and Lybrand, graduated tax specialist at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, intern in the private clients department of the Allen & Overy office in London, and worked for many years in the wealth advisory department of the JP Morgan bank in Geneva and later in New York. In addition, he was a partner of Vinci Partners, resource manager in New York and the Nogueira Pegas office in São Paulo. He is a member of the IFA – International Fiscal Association, of the International Bar Association, where he regularly lectures, and of STEP – Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner, whose Brazilian chapter he helped to found.
