He acts in the areas of structuring successor vehicles and investment abroad, contracts and international tax law. He is a graduate of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and has certifications from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Leiden University (Netherlands).
He was a legal counsel and trust officer of a trust company and was responsible for the implementation of its operation in Nassau, Bahamas, where it acted in structuring, restructuring and administering trust and investment structures in various jurisdictions. He was also a lawyer in the areas of corporate law, contracts and M&A in the Neves & Battendieri Advogados office in São Paulo.
He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the Portuguese Bar Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
